Check-in time is 12:00 PM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are not included in the room tariff.

50% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% must be paid during check-in.

All advance and full payments made are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to cancel the booking before check-in, the paid amount can be used for a future booking within 6 months.

If the check-in procedure is completed and the customer wants to cancel, the full booking amount will still be charged.

Guests are advised to inspect the rooms and amenities before completing the check-in procedure.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
